I am from the taste, absolutely not satisfied with the protein powder. I have the flavor "Cookies and Cream" and find that the powder be it dissolved in water or milk extremely chemically tastes. It smells very strange. Unfortunately, it also dissolves not good, since it is often lumpy. I do not recommend further.
