The process has (I read 20 minutes) lasted about 45 minutes, with changing temperatures. After these forty-five minutes all the beans were uniformly dark brown to black, as I knew it from beans in Barceloneta (near Markthalle) purchased in a small roasting ago. After about 24 hours the coffee had embraced me known aromatic espresso fragrance. The infusion through a filter tasted unconvincing. The preparation in an espresso machine brought a very good result. Very aromatic, yet mild.
