I ordered the 24er and 28er the. The pans are great processed and "funzen" really great !. So far I have tested vegetables, banana pancakes, fried potatoes, fried egg. It takes very little fat; it is enough to strike out the pans with a few drops of oil (brush) and then you really have to remain - otherwise it will quickly become very crisp :-) When the pan is hot times, everything goes very quickly and you can also sometimes turn off the stove. Previously, I had Berndes pans in use. They have held for nearly 20 years (I maintain my good pans) now is the coating in disarray and replacement was needed. I have again decided consciously for a higher-priced brand model. Since it was a question of an offer and the reviews were accordingly, the decision was not difficult. Strong buy recommendation from me !!
