It's been two months that I have it and I applied. I used it in the perspective of weight loss in parallel in sport. My impressions after two months of use: - I have lost waistline and prominently. - The feeling of hunger is hardly present, especially if you opt for several meals / day (see 4 or 5 6) and that gradually descends daily calorie total. - My recovery after a workout has improved significantly. - The quality of my sleep has also improved significantly (I do not know if it is due to that, but I have the impression). - I have a better intestinal transit (probably thanks to the very present vegetables) - I fishing throughout the day
The ideas proposed snacks are sound, you just need to get organized. For my part, I prepare pancakes for 3 days, which I keep in the fridge.
From my perspective, this is a really healthy alternative, balanced and safe in the long term to all fad diets.
