I had purchased the knife, because I own several Fiskars products and these are all very good. However, the first test of the knife brought disillusionment: Already the second tomato had to be already cut to train with power (I cut on a plastic board not on stone, porcelain, etc.). This is probably due to the very low hardness (HRC 53) of the steel used and the associated poor edge retention. The non-stick coating of the knife is, moreover, a joke: Sliced onions' suck '' themselves formally to the blade.
Overall, a fancy knife with a good name. The price is unfortunately also not interesting, because what use a knife for 20 euros, which does not cut properly? I have returned this and will buy myself something better for some extra cash.
