Unfortunately, I have not yet completed this spiritual masterpiece. It is a compendium of philosophy and common sense to be read in small chapters to understand the power and "settle" and above all plenty to think about! And, of course, try to be as selfless as possible ... not interested, and having lots of bombastic vis-à-vis compassionate neighbor. Thank you to Mr Matthieu Ricard to open the doors of happiness!
