I have the motherboard a week in operation and am happy with it.
The installation went smoothly for me lasted half an hour (except for the lower points) and has as a freshman.
At the moment the motherboard + 2 fans + 2 hard drive consumes almost 30 watts. This is a little more than I expected, but is probably the 300W 80Plus Bronze power supply due.

These were the problems during start-up:
- When installing the memory, and in solving the power plug I had to use a lot of power.
- A RAM module must necessarily sit in Slot 1 (otherwise not boot the motherboard)

All in all, I am no expert in the installation of motherboards, but Debian amd64 Xfce runs it .... and what I want more?
