Operations Result: ps3, ps4, Freebox Revolution work perfectly and issue 5.1 as it should (in Dolby Surround or DTS according to the source). The Wii-U remains confined to the stereo. Apparently, support for 5.1 on this console is very, very basic but then (both more modern than the other consoles and even more part-time, with a few management signals, and support per game)
In short, it is a good product that actually manages 5.1 optics. There's even a mode called "advance" that can duplicate the DTS-HD sound on the second HDMI output while the video switches to the first output. What connection solve many problems in a residential installation.
Minor drawbacks: - The support time to pause the device is long enough. The detection of a universal remote control does not work suddenly (or so, we must tweak advanced settings).
- The included power supply has an American / Japanese outlet. The transformer is supported by 110-240V against. Buying a single adequate EXT socket will do.
