The art of inner calm

A book that is super convenient to use: small paragraphs to taste, to LIVE, so obviously it is eaten by bit and some time.
As much this book brings the reader to supplement the power of the present moment, as "Practicing the Power of Now" is redundant and not strictly nothing for the reader. It is also very strange that the Eckhart Tolle has even signed it. This is only a cut of the book in small paragraphs, with no explanation.
