But the NVIDIA 3D works even better, the depth effect is still plastic, has to be seen.
The movie Avatar is indeed still the 3D Referzenz (there are now a lot today, unfortunately, 3D scrap), and few realize 3D movies really good, but with this 3D game solution reaches almost every game "Avatar Quality" or is even higher (depending on the game).
The Z-information when calculating the graphics available anyway, so it works in theory with any game very well.
Whoever already has a corresponding monitor, a correspondingly powerful NVIDIA GPU, this experience should not be missed. ;)
While the 3D function costs some performance and FPS fall somewhat, but with enough reserves that is no problem.
The glasses case is indeed very high, but unfortunately much too narrow for the spectacle, and probably only for standard glasses.
Despite the size of the glasses is very comfortable to wear, even for eyeglass wearers.
Tip -> Test 3D Vision with the following benchmark and be amazed:
Heaven benchmark Unigine
-------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------
Note to install under Vista x64 Business (and possibly also with another OS):
The 3D Vision USB driver has been installed, but in the NVIDIA Control Panel lacked the 3D stereoscopic extension.
The main installation program from the driver '344.75-desktop-win7-win8-winvista-64bit-international-whql.exe "well checks a return value of the individual subroutines of individual installations.
Everything was completed successfully, but the 3D Wizard in the Control Panel lacked anyway.
When I then the 3D software driver manually started (driver package unpack), I saw that the 3D Vision installation aborted without an error message.
".. \ 344.75-desktop-win7-win8-winvista-64bit-international-WHQL \ NV3DVision \ 3DVision.exe"
The now explained why the software after the "main driver installation" was missing.
I then "3DVision.exe" in WinXP compatibility mode starts (found in the context menu) to see how the Exebuteble responded (to change the conditions, the logical step in a native Vista / Win7 application is not, This option is meant for older incompatible programs).
In any case: Now the InstallShield Wizard ran through, and the software was installed and fully functional.
