I'm doing it this easy: If you like the "original" Eric Clapton before (for my taste) a little too much drifting toward mainstream, can not get on this album. The pieces are sometimes quiet, without being too melancholy, but mostly scary powerful and impulsive. "Blues Power" and "Rambling On My Mind" are mentioned here only as an example. Who only the "unplugged" album of EC really like this album can save - there is no acoustic guitar. Who genuine, good blues (Skirt) and a Clapton at his best on his Stratocaster like that is on this album have his joy. The album was for me at the age of 15 or 16 years the cult - and it is today still (I'm Ü40). A typical music gem from the 80s.
