Have become aware of a colleague on the product and absolutely thrilled.

Sharpens extremely scharf.Ist very solid. Sharpening and whetting with one and that too for serrated. Thanks to the manufacturer for this outstanding invention.

A buy recommendation at all. At the moment the tip well to find in the future in any good kitchen.
