Advantages:
Unimaginable new Bohrgefühl
Very precise vertical drilling
Series of drill holes with center distances of 30.15 mm can be
drill with a maximum tolerance of 0.01 mm to 0.02 mm.
Digital gauge Mitutoyo Absolute Digimatic, with calibration certificate.
The drilling depth is absolutely accurate in the display set.
A fast and very precise adjustment of the drilling depth is freehand without display possible
The speed can be adjusted in 2 stages and electronically
Very strong electric motor, enormous power at all speeds and diameters
Huge drill table with a central transverse slot
Rods or pipes can thus be absolutely accurate lateral drilling (only with cross-grinding drills)
Fixed stop, can be moved along which the bars for holes equidistant.
At this stop fixed to various own devices can be attached.
I sit comfortably in my chair when drilling and the drilling have clear and bright lights before my eyes.
This drill is made in China and is therefore free of errors and incomparably beautiful.
Disadvantages: None
Whoever still complained because who writes for the unfair competitors of priceless expensive, so-called professional machines, all of which are antiquated and many of them drill inaccurate. These often super expensive machines of the drill table sits always wrong and that wrong in both directions. Therefore they bore all wrong.
Only the Bosch PBD40 bench drill drilled vertically!
Who does not believe that the time should build the following tester (wooden frame) for its drill:
In two perfectly straight strips of wood (plywood 2x5 mm, with Ponal Classic glued) of 30x10x300 mm D = 10 mm drilled at equal distances from the center of three holes. In these holes 6 bushings are pressed sintered bronze D = 6x10 mm. Through the central socket of the two strips a round axis D is now pushed = 6.0 mm silver steel.
Then the two wooden strips are pulled apart distance up to 150 mm. At the ends 2 wood strips are glued of 30x10x150 mm. The result is a wooden frame of 300x150 mm.
And now comes the test of accuracy: After drying of the glue ever tried to push through the remaining 4 empty sockets further two equally long 6.0 mm axes. Now you'll be amazed. You can not, not even by force. Should you nevertheless attempt by force, that does not help, because the axes turn now very difficult in the bushes. Polish the wood holes do not help either.
Result: A total misconstruction, not to use.
With the Bosch PBD40 I succeed this construction optimum performance and all axes always turn without the slightest friction. They all fall down and out through the bushes. (But not only with 3 axes, but with 5 or more axles)
This proves what one should understand by "just" and what is not.
This also proved why I prefer the Bosch PBD40 all other drills. Only with their highly complex structures are I succeeded. My old drill I've thrown away because it was useless for.
Who this tester succeeds in all axes turn easily, has a precise and useful drill.
I recommend this machine to the professionals and each of a very good drill needs.
