In my youth I already had all the cassettes of this audio play series Europe and I am very pleased about the newly launched series in very good sound quality on CD. Although all the "old" episodes (1-15) were partially reprinted with changed music and new sound effects, the series has retained with the speakers (including the outstanding Günter König as narrator) its original charm. This result probably more of a creepy thriller because a horror radio play, reminds due to the almost classical music and the atmosphere in the castle (where the action takes place mostly) almost a Edgar Wallace film and every horror thriller fan necessarily to enjoin ! Therefore, 5 stars for the quality of the CD and content of the story.
