First, the dimensions: The biggest diameter at the top: 255 mm Diameter of the cooking surface to rounding: 200 mm Diameter of the bottom surface: 200 mm Interior Height: 42 mm External Height: 50mm Weight: 1,040 g The handle is riveted very stable and has a good shape. Contrary to other opinions I find the handle to be very handy as is a good, stable support by the concave curvature of the thumb of the pan. I use the pan on an induction stove. The pan is very hot very quickly, due to the strong bottom heat distribution is optimal, which is confirmed by measurements with an infrared thermometer. But what amazed me the most, and what I still was able to determine with any other pan: The coating after 5 months of intensive use, no scratches, although I went frequently for turning of the meat with forks into the pan. Nor has suffered to date the anti-adhesive effect.
A smaller pan from Tefal, which I have already more than 2 years of service, which was already overheated and was also otherwise really not spared, is also completely free of scratches. Only is at the bottom of this curved convexly so that the frying oil runs up to the outer rim.
This is not the case with the Jamie Oliver Edition. Here the ground is absolutely flat. I would recommend this highly enough pans!
