I started yoga with this book, and after reading a dozen books on yoga I still say that this is the best book to learn yoga. This book explains the basics of yoga: breathing, yogic breathing, how to avoid dizziness, massage her, the benefits of slow exhalation, full relaxation, awareness. Some asanas (yoga postures) are offered very well detailed and photo, are the most beneficial postures but they are not necessarily the easiest! A learning plan is proposed and the famous Sun Salutation (concatenation of proposed asanas)
