Bruno Heubi designed a book that scans the landscape of the run, the 10km ultra-marathon through the trail. He mentioned the physical preparation, proper training, recovery, diet book ... and every time its high-level practitioner advice. The downside, it can not go into details for each topic. So, I stayed a little on my hunger on dieting and trail. I really enjoyed reading it, sometimes not open to read a short passage and I recommend it to all practitioners who wish to progress in running.
