Swivel arm for Einhell cable

On the positive side:
the arm that works very well and is easy to assemble.
The one who writes this is something difficult to assemble this part breaks probably also the light turn on the finger.

Negative is:
a) no reasonable dimensioning the arm with holding rod and the cable.
b) says no indication of the vertical support rod (scaffold tube to me) which diameter is needed? (45-48mm would be correct).
c) which vertical pipe length is required?
- I put the vertical tube 2,45m on discharge level (position 0) and screwed accordingly.
- That I have between the horizontal arm and the point 0, approx 1.95m clearance.
d) if the cable lifts 500kg, how often and with what anchors the vertical pipe should be fixed?
e) I have to breath the 48mm tube in an approximately 4-5mm larger holding tube and secured with 6 pieces 10mm steel dowels. Thus, the vertical pipe does not wobble, additionally fixed with a locking screw.
