If we must have one, it must be that one! The recipes are clear, well-illustrated and simple. The advantage (significant) is that we are sure they have been tested and re-tested by hundreds of users, so no surprises. It includes both the classics of French cuisine (bourguignon beef, quiche lorraine, tarte tatin ...) and other more or less elaborate recipes that give lots of ideas to change daily. Yesterday I tested the chilli con carne. No complaints! In a word: brilliant!
