ALL SUCCESSFUL IS a form of violence! That is the key to work. And it's true: Kunze sets a very successful, second album and it will come with strong - in many ways. The connoisseur of recent plates (these appeared in the original in 1982 on vinyl and tape and on CD until 1988) this disc seems huge foreign and complicated. The Kunze of the '90s is more of a rocker who Kunze of the late' 80s one of the most orientated towards light, very melodic pop songs - Consider You are my heart (1985), Mabel (1986) or All she wants ( 1989). The very early Kunze, and with which we are dealing with this disc is rather still classify songwriter in the genre, though, as Kunze himself said, this was also born out of necessity, because technically and artistically not so professional was. So be it, we now dedicate ourselves to the album itself. Ten songs that deal with various topics auseinandersetzten.Im "Lamb of God" with the environmental issues, the "nursery rhyme" with the perspective of a young child on the adult world and "disagree" he sits down hard but somewhat resigned to the West German reality apart. But one reflect all texts Kunzes: He's in the best sense a complainer of current affairs and reality. Musically tried (even with his former fellow composer Mick Franke) to be very complex HRK. Even quieter sounds dominate the album, but every now and then flashed already the rockers on ("night at half past two") and it had the attentive listeners have been quite clear early on that it would drag on HRK sometime more to electric guitars. As the owner of all the discs I can in good conscience say that it is a plate which is preparing the mainstream radio listeners tremendous difficulties. But the one who gets involved in this plate, must be said: All Successful is a form of violence.
