As for the device itself I find a downside: I do not know what is a moisture level with me, but the device never turns off at a setting of 55%.
The biggest negative was the supply and delivery.
While it is arrived on time, but I got the product in a fully battered packaging.
From the look I was sure I should then return it. It looked terrible and I as a customer had the feeling that I got anything recycled and not a brand new device. At the end of the day it was not affected the content. However, if I was to return it, I would no longer use the original packaging anyway. The unit was just in the box, which is meant for exhibition at a wholesale shelf and was originally entirely improvised using closed up by Plastikhälterung.
What has continued to disappoint me was the lack of a manual. In the package there were not any, and on the product side of Trotec. Ultimately, the introduction found me Google. Neither guarantee nor proof of purchase available. I find it very interesting that it is not written anywhere in the country the device is produced.
In summary: The device is used well, but leave a number of little things a verbilligend impression.
