The dispatch a drama

The cups go in order, are just plastic cups .. not reek of plastic, however, are a bit smaller than expected (capacity about the "small" pouches aus'm cinema). The shipment was just unfortunately a drama .. At first I was sent to a single this cup without a lid, which lasted nine days (well, comes from England and was also in the order confirmation, I can accept). After complaining to me were (after a further ten days, despite "will be shipped the next day" .. apparently the Royal Mail is not the fastest) sent to the remaining three cups, but only one of the cover was there doing.
