The distance to Mario Kart is lower, but is still fucking great

SEGA has really put a lot of passion in the title. The tracks look great and it happens very much on and off the tracks - Just the land, water, air changes are spectacular. But the driving experience simply does not come close to Mario Kart, here simply is missing the final touch, even if the conditions Karts control very well. In addition, some routes offer zero driving skills challenge. Especially Nights route is more reminiscent of a flight on rails. The special attacks are not balanced enough in my opinion. Battle arenas like Diddy Kong Racing and Mario Kart would surely also have been a nice change.

The graphics are really very very good. Only 3 players from the optics is being evil to its knees, but the framerate never breaks.

Sonic Transformed fun. When selecting the title name to SEGA but could come up with more. The distance to Mario Kart is still very big, maybe SEGA brings indeed a third (?) Part further on.
