A very good autobiography. Very pleasant to read. Quincy Jones crossed the golden age of jazz bebop, big bands and big band went very well recycled in the soul-pop-funk genre. With this book, we learn a great part of the history of black American music of the twentieth century.
As we read the testimonies of his relatives. Hat Mr Jones: he had the courage to leave passages which are not always to his advantage.
