In action are with me Sonos ZP90, ZoneBridge, CR200, D-Link router, and a Synology NAS 211j with a 2 TB hard drive and is used for some time with me. The music files are created with me all in wav format and a folder as the Windows File Manager (Music / Artist / Album / Track). Before using the Sonos a hard drive was angeschlosssen on laptop and first used with a Terratec Aureon USB as USB / SPDIF converter on my Rotel AV 1068, played with Windows Media Player. The sound was unsatisfactory. The replacement of Terratec Sound Blaster Creativ has it not changed much. Browse My choice for many Internet then fell to the Sonos system that no PC / laptop needed to play, the price seemed to me quite violently. The most difficult was to set up the NAS. All the more I was pleased the Sonossystem, anschliesen very easy and the result was: was not working. Called the hotline and my problem was solved very kompetetent and promptly. It was due to the configuration and connection of the NAS. The service has been connected with my permission to the NAS and the problem solved. Lo and behold, the Sonos supplied the quality I expected. I am able to hear any sonic difference between CD and Sonos. Later, another configuration error was found, but went back on my cap, but service was perfect and resolved immediately by the (free) Sonos. Meanwhile, my LP's run through a Rotel RC 990 BX preamp phono equalizer via the Sonos system (analogue / digital converter) my AV precursor (SPDIF), and here I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality. I can with good conscience recommend this system further. Who should scare the price in mind that the excellent service also needs to be so paid and the quality is right. The only criticism is the handling that is gewöhungsbedüftig, a former media player users can already do a little hard to understand the system with "Sonos Playlists" and "list". Has anyone out but, it works perfectly. Who eg LP's digitalisert (wav) has, care should the CD format eighth (16 bit, 44.1 kHz) to use as Sonos is a bit picky about the sampling rate.
