I bought at Lidl this gas grill cart. He was in advertising for about 80th I thought, at this price I can not do much wrong. The structure took about 2 hours. I have not seen exactly on the clock. Packed everything was tidy. The manual (in German.) Is ok and after pictures of the construction works great. The screws are all neatly packed and labeled! All parts were complete and have passed. Surely there had to be something there and "press" to insert the screw. But one should not forget the price ratio! For a barbecue over 200,00 I would expect more! When the barbecue stand, I again exactly my instructions on "Gas connection - Commissioning" perused. After the leak test could begin. The gas grill is to run at the highest level 1 hours, so that the color branding. The BBQ went to fast and ran smoothly one hour. The next day the first sausages were on the grate. The result was pretty good. With lid partially closed, the sausages were quickly brown. Apparently, there are different temperature ranges which must be further tested. Even the wind seems to play a role. Through the rear vents of wind can affect the flames very. That will continue to be monitored. Still, I was satisfied with the first result. And I've always been the price - performance gaps in the eye! We are up to 4 people and maybe a barbecue max. 10 times a year. The cleaning was fast. With soapy water washed away everything and you're done. Ok - the sausages did not a lot of dirt (grease). I will in the course of time, report more impressions. The side burner has not been used! Perhaps even comes to a star, but I would like to barbecue until more.
Addendum 08.04.2014: At the weekend the second grilling took place. Steak, kebabs, torches, so times no sausages! After preheating with full adjustment we set off on a low flame. The lid was ever closed it. A visual check is of course necessary and even the "Around" pieces of meat. There are different heat zones, so that heat generation is not uniform. But I think that's not bad, the various meats need indeed different heat. I am now satisfied. The price - performance ratio is ok! That is why there is now a star in addition -> So 4 stars!
Addendum 22.04.2014: Easter was the grill also. Yes, he is very susceptible to wind. But man can make up for the somewhat by a sheltered location. Otherwise, the grilling was a success again!
