I hate blunt knives and gave away all the cheap knife in the last 2 years and I only Windmühlenmesser purchased: Hand Cut, blaugepließtet, sharp, lie comfortably in the hand. In the Grand Moulin I fell in love at first sight, but have hesitated long. "Such an expensive knife nobody needs", I told myself. My old bread knife was now not too bad, why spend so much money !? But it has left me no peace, and eventually I bought it anyway. A dream: of course I think it's great design, but I would not have bought it. The handle indulges the hand, and when I used it the first time I was speechless: the thing almost falls through the bread! I expect only the best of windmill blades, the Grand Moulin exceeded my expectations by far.
