I hate blunt knives and gave away all the cheap knife in the last 2 years and I only Windmühlenmesser purchased: Hand Cut, blaugepließtet, sharp, lie comfortably in the hand. In the Grand Moulin I fell in love at first sight, but have hesitated long.
