The Freeze player

Having a TV that is not able to read all mkv, so I bought this player.
at first it was seen niquel:
- Small box, nice finish
- Films that not happen on TV are played. (I use a hard drive plugged TO 1 on the drive, shielded movies to 1080p)
- Great jukebox system. By selecting the auto search, the case you find the jacket, the film synopsis, genre, duration, etc ... there's nothing to do, thank you integrated wifi. What classifies his films. a beautiful short film library. clean. and if indeed the housing blocks on some films, you can always do it manually and it's ok. FYI, many media players require you to use a pc on software to do the covers => boring.
- Regular updates etc ..

- It'll not super fast in the menus, the least we can say. if you scroll too fast movies gonna fierce prune. I think AC has to come from infra red because there is an iPhone app that replaces WD remote control and it is much better.
-The applications like facebook, netflix and company, who are useless.

in short everything that was before the drama: freezent movies during playback.
Clearly, I run my film, everything happens niquel, and suddenly the image will freeze for several seconds, then the reader makes us fast forward, and then playback resumes ...
AC can do this several times during the film, like that can do it once. at any moment. it is purely random. Nothing to do with the film, since I tested the rollback to see if it was blocking again and nada. no blocking.
it is clearly a bug from the drive.

and I'm not the only one! I went on a forum (WD communauty) and there is a plaster cast of people that have put together the same bp me ever since 2012. Nothing has been done at WD for solutioner this bug (despite making recurrent day ). besides they never replied anything on the forum despite complaints (not class customer service ...)

In summary, this drive to beautiful qualities (compact, flawless rendering blu ray, jackets self ..) but now it has a major flaw that WD does not seem able to solve.
