... This knife all. It is a lightweight ergonomic and durable sharp Santoku, every now and then is worth having sharpened with a sharpening steel. For me it makes for about 4 years consistently good services, even the fragmentation of a coconut was not a problem, even when specifically not part of the field of application of the knife.
Conclusion: An all-around its inexpensive all-round tool.
