Previously I was doing me a spout with a medium opening, what I would really advise anyone, because only with a teaspoon of the dough gets hard inside.
Back projects:
Since no manual included, I've decided, a simple Marmorkuchenteig to make (only without cocoa) and fill these.
The Cake Pop form must necessarily be are brushed before filling with oil, I had missed this, which is why the first "charge" only in fragments came from the mold and was not to be used.
Having though the shape brushed with oil, it worked very well, the cake pops extract the piece.
Especially the round Pops look great, stars and hearts are so-so, but be fast shapeless as they are very deep and are difficult to detect. Especially good we liked the "Mini-Muffins".
Embellishment:
The Cake Pops we have decorated with frosting. This was quite viscous in our case and therefore very difficult to apply to the stars and hearts, without being subsequently oodles Frosting had it that dripped down anyway.
With the balls decorating worked very well, even the mini-muffins we emerged only at the top of the frosting, which looks especially great, just like a small muffin.
Cleaning:
Yeah .... so small ramekins of course you have cleaned with dedication, especially when still a large portion of dough is ready for further processing. That really kept stressing. The dough can be already well removed with water and brush, but there are 40 small molds that have to be clean before it goes on.
At the end you can give in the dishwasher in the form of course.
Conclusion:
Who else is a little boring, or who just likes to make a lot of effort and time would be in the kitchen, which is in good hands here. Make the batter, Brush shape, fill, in the oven, rausholen, clean shape, Brush, filling, back in the oven ..... etc. that around zipper in the long run. And then decorating needs also time.
We have now decided in the future only to fill the form once and fill the rest of the dough in the good old muffin tin. This saves labor. And 20 Cake Pops are absolutely sufficient.
Of course you can also reduce the amount of dough. ;)
Oh yes, in the form are holes that can be used for setting up the Cake Pops reportedly. This worked for us not, our stalks were too thick and the form as a whole too unstable.
