This 4th adventure is great and very funny. The bard Assurancetourix is removed by the Romans to be offered to Caesar and this one can not make a gladiator wants to throw the lion in the arena. Asterix and Obelix will therefore offer as gladiators candidates to gain access to arenas to save him. Many gags brighten comics, not enough room for water and Obelix in the pool, trenching doors, the discovery of the pirate ship, in short, a good read against pessimism !!!
