But let's start with the cover. Would not the master's noble Name
grace the cover in big letters, I went by a new Running
Wild from album.
The cover is ever done and in my mind I can already hear pirate
blare tunes with Axel's special manuscript from my speakers.
*** The inquisitorial procedure ***
Keyboard-biased intro with beautiful melody. I stand in front of the CD player
attention and joy to more comes up in me. That sounds mightily times
by pirates. DC I sting in lake ...
*** Tower Of Lies ***
Oh yes ... Here they are, the typical Axel Rudi Pell riffs, which
gandenlos cut into your ear canals. And after the first notes
the exceptional singer Johnny Gioeli becomes clear again, what
ridiculous "talents" in a variety of casting shows
described as exceptional singer. This man has the Olymp of Rock
climbed and always gives the feeling of passing this to each sound 100%.
Ingenious track that is crashing live properly.
*** Long Way To Go ***
The pace screw is turned back down a bit. Earwig Kracher
first rate with a great chorus. The feet begin by itself
for on pounding. Fetter guitar sound in verse!
*** *** Burning Chains
Deep Purple at their best ... Axel is back rubber. Mighty
Stampfer with awesome employed organ tones. Bowing to Axels
Influences.
*** When Truth Hurts ***
Leisen piano tones follows this incredible voice. Polyphonic Parts
give me goosebumps and suddenly the magic of this exceptional
guitarist and his grandiose singer suddenly finds himself in the middle
in my room. A song to dive, dream, forget worries ...
What a hammer-piece! A new Pell ballad in my Hall of Fame.
*** Changing Times ***
Cool guitar melodies gallop straight into my ear canal. My
Head begins plözlich on as if by magic, to the beat to the Samaritans
to move. Another ordinary masher without weaknesses.
*** Touching Heaven ***
Drum roll, organ and guitar ... a break ... Wonderful singing
tune of Johnny. Ballade? Wrong! A razor-sharp guitar
Reef breaks the sweet song. It rocked! And how! Axel has
still this sense of this very first driving earwigs
Cream! One can bow before him just grateful. Please take this
Song on tour!
*** High Above ***
Guitar shred tones from the speakers. So should be a good Rocker
sound. Another catchy chorus - again a bit much!
*** Hey Hey My My ***
The title has me of the first publication of the tracklist
Album a bit puzzled. So I was curious to see what is behind it
hides. After a few piano tones Johnny sings even the first
Line: "Hey Hey My My - Rock'n'Roll will never die." Throughout the like
sound trite, ignites at me but as gunpowder in my mentals
center. Just such songs as before, "Heartbreaker" this solve all
special feeling from me. And so it works even with "Hey
Hey My My ". Also the way how Johnny presents this piece,
has conquered me at once completely. A pearl of the new album!
*** Into The Storm ***
Here comes the 10-minute title track. Come oriental sounds
from the speakers. Followed by a guitar riff as from the paintings-
book. The absolute full operation for Pell fans. Who "Masquerade Ball"
like, will love "Into The Storm". This piece is now also the
Album Cover justice. We sail together with the band directly into the storm.
Against end of the song follows a brilliant break and Axel provides with its
Guitar impressively demonstrate why we all adore him so.
The limited digi-pack contains two bonus tracks. An impressive
Instrumental called "White Cats (Opus # 6 scivolare)" and more than
successful Blackmore Cover "Way To Mandalay".
This album can be justly ranked among Axel Rudi Pell's best
Search longplayers. The absolute full-service! I look forward to the
Tour!
