This cable is perfect for LAN use that enable Gigabit speeds.
125 MB / s in theory, I went up to 80 MB / s transfer FTP from my PC to my server.

It also allows to fully benefit from VDSL2 + or fiber connection, exceeding the threshold of 100 Mb / s. Check that the network card of your PC is compatible to a 1000BaseT link.

As for cable, it is SSTP (shielded) and consistent with the description.

I recommend it.
