That the material is fit for its purpose, we knew previously. We already have a lot of Cromargan by WMF in the kitchen. The things are partially in use for many years and are as good as their reputation. These pan is doing what it should, as it is there, perfectly. (Not scolded has been praised, the Swabians say.)

The grip is as it is, is probably why, so you do not burn their fingers. Also it works: While the pan is very hot (they better not so often should), you can keep the steel handle problems with your bare hands. Unfortunately allows the front and rear open hollow handle in the dishpan not clean inside. With a normal dishwashing brush you should never be, with a bottle brush only until shortly before the pan body in the handle inside. So it's always something Spülsabber stays inside which develops fixed dries and then hopefully no life of its own.
