Four programs in staggered distances are used to adapt the sessions at every level of swimmer. The method is well explained, the objectives of each period are well developed. At the end, there is a list of educational with lots of photo and web links where you can find videos (nice to vary the sessions and technical progress). Finally, it is possible to structure the practice of swimming, and break the routine repetitive sessions that become bored and do not offer progression.
