The LS950 is well made, feels dibasic. The mounting quickly went to the controls and was also reasonably determined. Really determined I did not get this. For road and cycle path OK, but gravel, at high speed, I would not trust the bracket.
The display with the information that I found quite net, would now but no purchase criterion for me. For me, standing in the foreground: I want to see what.
The light cone as I felt, I sags times carefully, as a joke. Well, it goes far and the brightness was ok at a distance, but up to 5 meters in the post set unfortunately was just a Dämmerkegel available. That was simply too dark to me.
For me the money is the light, albeit homologation, with the current light cone too much compromise. Where would be the problem, an additional kl. LED install with diverging lens?
For more leisurely riders for road bike path + sufficient otherwise rather no.
Even the Ixon Core has a more pleasant light cone illuminates and better from the near field. Man "feels safer" even though it is dark and not so far-reaching.
The Ixon Core went wg. Workmanship and too little light output back.
Alternative would be a Magicshine Eagle 600 eventually? Has at least a display ...
