I have this product. I can only agree with the other reviews, the vacuum cleaner is an absolute buy recommendation. Please do not despair at the beginning, it really takes practice until you find the hang of it. The more I clean windows, the better the result. If stripes are there is either the window to dry or the angle is wrong. I would recommend definitely the concentrate from Kärcher. Have tried it with others because there was a result, not so great. The concentrate removes the dirt perfectly and quickly and even that I cleaned in the sun, you see nothing. Glasklar the discs, so they never looked at me.
