Unfortunately I had annoyingly introduced a new orchid from a nursery mealybugs. After I had first tried to get rid of them with a water-detergent mixture by spray bottle, I have several bottles of another pest control agent sprayed - both quite unsuccessful. I was almost ready to discard the affected about 12 orchids when I pointed to an orchid exhibition on this medium. I have used 2 x. In the first round all the affected plants were dipped in the coating solution diluted to catch the lice that might sit under the edge of the pots. Not infested plants I have "only" cast. After this first treatment were after a short time barely find lice. After that there was a round in which I simply poured all 35 existing orchids and then down to the two most affected plants were all lausfrei. The two "problem children" I then asked individually and will treat them now again. I am very confident that the last remaining lice will finally disappear.
