Considering that this has been ported from the handheld, the graphics are really okay. Sure there are some people who play only A + games and can also be found here to complain about something. About the story, I do not want to reveal much, the narrative structure in the individual episodes but is really well done and there are even some cliffhanger that it give rise to create tension.
Well the game itself: this time not typical zombies, but a maritime virus to match the cross steamer setting. Power for me now is not really the huge difference, but I find the enemy design beautifully balanced as there are a sufficient number of different enemy types with their strengths and weaknesses. Of course again an intermediate bosses are made partially hervoragend and can a properly einheizen ("Maaaydaaay") and especially the bosses in his match-times really refreshing.
Weapon-wise there are no major innovations: pistols, shotguns, sniper, MG, Magnum. Everything as always has, so far always works well. There are also four grenade types, where the familiar flashbang now "pulse grenades" hot, but still have the familiar flashbang. Only the new BOW-case is the enemy lures and then detonated. This is actually useful and enables new combat pattern. Oh and not to forget: the almost legendary rocket launchers.
What is new is the upgraded system of weapons. These have until 6 weapon slots used in the accessories depending on the type and grade 0 and can be removed again. For example, upgrades for damage, rate of fire, etc. Since the game offers a "New Game +" feature, also invites the to re-play.
But now to the most important for me: THE RAUBZUGMODUS !!!
I must confess honestly: The game I liked, but the Raubzugmodus is still 100 times better. This mode consists of 3 levels of difficulty depending on the so-called 20 steps. Each stage is in this case (by setting forth) a small portion of the main game and can be repeated as often.
Depending on the difficulty level ethält the different opponent from very different strengths. Here one experiences the player fights that he has not been presented in the main game in a dream. Each completed level unlocks the next. The player experience and bonus points are awarded.
Increase the experience points to level of the player, which is necessary due to the ever increasing Schierigkeitsgrad withstand, as well as the opponents always have higher levels. Experience points are, so to speak, the currency, with the weapons, fantastic upgrades for weapons and the player can be purchased in the shop selst.
For each stage there are ranks of C to S. The better the ranking the more points of course and also there bonuses of certain opponents in the form of special weapons or Upgrads.
This mode is also playable online Coop. I am, however, not an online player I've ever played solo and can guarantee: it's incredibly fun and also solo feasible and safe light a larger (but exciting) challenge, particularly in Schierigkeitsgrad "Tartarus".
I personally have in the main game (2 times by playing) invested almost 15 hours in a rampage over 90! And without boredom. In a rampage I will also play a few hours.
Conclusion: At least 100 Studen season when the money are the Raubzugmodus fully savors all worth it!
