The Castafiore Emerald is the 21st album of the series. The story comes out in Le Journal de Tintin, and is published by Casterman album in 1963. It comes out clearly dune apart in the universe of the Adventures of Tintin. Unlike other albums in the series, the plot does not match a classic adventure, but a con game, a series of deceptions, where there is virtually nothing happens. Heroes do not go on an adventure, all the action takes place in the castle or in the garden. However, the reader is held in suspense by the quantities of twists, false leads and interpretations, as well as the mood of mystery. I understand that some commentators lament they do "nothing happens" (though it means "nothing"?), But this is where the strength of this album, while being small touches impressions and small facts of everyday life. A Doeuvre leader, one of my favorites. This is the facsimile edition in color, so a little different from the last edition, which is usually sold in stores. The colors and type of paper are a little different, closer to the original edition. I prefer this edition, but each must of course make his personal choice.
