With pastry syringe I was able to date both Eischnee Dimensions (macaroons), chocolate filling and buttercream (Cupcake Topping) easily portioned and distributed. The dosage can be here to make very fine, either via the pistol grip or continuously by lever at the end of the pastry syringe. It went inside and nothing to the "back" out, so that the syringe was quick and easy to clean after use.
Biscuits I have not yet been made for lack of Christmas so but that was still coming!
