For exterior:
The RAZR looks from the outside very valuable, with the sloping toward the corners housing whose edge is about 1 mm higher than the glass to protect it from scratches. That the microphone is not centrally located, but designed for right-handed bit further left between Menu and Home Button, has only angered me as a left-handed, but actually makes it in principle no difference in the conversation.
Also, that some have excited about here, the attached right on the mobile phone buttons were installed shaky or bad, I can not understand. The top-mounted headphone jacks, HDMI and USB are indeed vulnerable, but that makes no difference first, unless I decide to shower my phone with water. On the left side there is a covered compartment for Micro (!) SIM and Micro-SD. While the flap looks a bit shaky, but since you do not go, too constantly tuned. Bring only the SIM card to the correct size, was a small problem because I no punches specially wanted to buy it. But with a bit of tact and 10 minutes time goes also.
Front, above the typical Motorola logo is attached to any silver metal. This has unfortunately gotten a few scratches, but does not stand out more.
The back of Kevlar is a real eye catcher and has also captured a single scratch. Also, that cracks will propagate into the layer from the center recessed Motorola Symbol, I have not noticed yet. Looks like the first day.
The mobile phone is upwards slightly thicker, which is probably due to the camera. At first I thought it would so uncomfortable or unsafe in the hand, but in daily use you notice any of it.
It is in spite of its impressive size really good in the hand, although I only needed a few days to really find a secure grip, with whom I still can reach with one hand each side of the display. Fell down, it is not me in use.
For inside:
The dual-core processor does incredibly good work, despite Android 2.3. I have not yet found a application that would have overwhelmed him. The default launcher is Motorola well done and not overloaded, only downer is the forced-screen app. The music player with its MotoCast function to stream music from your computer is a highlight in my eyes to your mobile. The Live Lyrics, flitting two lines across the screen and show me both just sung, and the next song line are great and it's really a huge amount of texts here.
The photos of the camera are really not the truth, but for snapshots, it is enough perfectly. The videos are pretty good for that.
Some users also reported a slight yellow tinge of the display, I myself can confirm. But he is really minimal and you get used to it within 5 minutes. The display provides a clear and pleasant picture.
The battery is great. Granted, I'm from the first generation Motorola Milestone, its battery after only 2 or 3 hours of intensive use up the ghost, but despite this fact of the RAZR Battery is very strong. I'll loosely over one day so while WLAN, 3G / 2G network, Bluetooth is on constantly, also the background synchronization, for example. Emails, Kontaken or calendar entries. And I use it excessively, thus also to play, etc .. Thanks to the "intelligent actions" can, should it indeed but times are tight, automatically dimming WiFi, mobile Internet, Bluetooth, etc. let off, or the display and so save battery power. Terms of 6 clock in the morning to 23 clock is in the evening so no problem.
And you can do that overnight recharging, I do not know why many users calling your smart phones should 2, survive for 3 days without recharging. The need nobody. Overnight there is always somewhere a power outlet. Those who still need reaches just a little deeper into their pockets and bring the RAZR MAXX with a giant class battery and only 2mm thick. There is even supplied Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
The update policy of Motorola is annoying, but the mobile phone is so well adapted to Android 2.3 that you actually need no update. I myself have now played my CyanogenMod9 mobile phone. Super fast. Super chic. But not really soo great unlike Android 2.3. At least not so much that you would do so about an uprising.
All in all, I'm from the Motorola RAZR very convinced it was worth every penny. The delivery was by the way, as usual, huge fast. Great Praise. For all this, there's me 5 *!
