I recently decided to shave with a razor and I have therefore brought for little money planer blades and shaving of Wilkinson, so I can try it. However, from the result I was not really excited. I am but decided to give the faith reviews and I was not disappointed. Shaving with the planer stands and falls with the blade and shaving!
With the Wilkinson blades (when planing this) I have shaved a total of 3 times. Each shaving felt very "scratchy" in, you look at it heard very loudly while shaving and then my face still burning - which has never happened to me while shaving with the razor system. In addition, the end result was very disappointing: the Above swipe with your fingers, I could still feel the stubble> :(.
Now I have shaved today for the first time with an Astra and Proraso shaving soap with green tea and the difference is 10,000: 1!
The blade slid smoothly over the skin and I never had the feeling that they would tear the hair. She is noticeably sharper than the Wilkinson Sword and after shaving burned on the face nothing (which is certainly also part of the merit of the shaving)!
The end result can also be felt: The skin is smooth and I feel neither stubble nor a burning sensation.
The blades are pretty sharp, and the price / performance ratio is hard to beat! I pay less than 8 system shaver heads for 100 blades !! These blades are environmentally friendly when disposing, also nice =)
