I have my previous "Shave life" electric shaved to 80%. The other 20% with various system razors - until I at this with the Gillette Fusion Power the best for me (supposedly) wet-model have found. Inside my heart, I am also a little nostalgic. And so I am always with the Topic razor busy. This Parker I felt good on the basis of other reviews. It started: All equipment such as: shaving gel, shaving soap, badger shaving brush, styptic pencil concerned. Here at Amazon Parker R99 with 2 x dazubestellt 5 Shark razor and the 100 package of blue Astra razor blades. After the first shave, I thought of the following song: Long live the Central Cemetery / W. Ambross But the razor was not guilt, that was due to my novice stupidity. I was so euphoric, have all noticed what I had read in the forum and in many reviews here - not just one: NOT pressing. The second was much better shave. Practice creates masters. The right angle Quick is found on the skin and then the razor to glide smoothly over the skin. At the usual problem areas you need more patience. The R99 is processed class that includes razor firmly into itself and that also have the first use in the correct position. The supplied Shark razors are very sharp but recommendable in my opinion are the Astra (even sharper and gentle to the skin). I am glad that I bought this Butterfly planing and can recommend it with a clear conscience For me, it was of course also to the blades price, but the classic shave with the Planer also makes a lot more fun than to deal with the too great advertised system razors. So, now shaved enough - Details and my personal opinion about the Razor: + Can be opened and excellent close + Keeps the blade securely + The cutting angle of the blades to the skin is optimal (presumably because the blades are not bent as in other planing) + .good And quality workmanship, no sharp edges + For my handling good weight and practical handle length + Last but not least: the great price ratio
