+ The lighting effects were significantly improved
+ The sound has at least a little more volume
+ Finally the multiplayer works again without disconnections.
+ More aggressive AI
+ Appreciable tire wear (finally !!)
+ Noticeable fuel consumption (at last !!)
+ The cars react much more sensitive (stupid for me as a gamepad players, but good in the overall picture)
- The AI is in Qualifiyng still too strong
- For the AI is the start of the race again Strunz stupid and you go from P22 to P3 before
- Then you will be passed back and has at the end of a realist for each car space
- Differences between AI levels have failed far too high again. Beginner's just beginners, Advanced is also not much faster (world champion in Marussia), professional rages mercilessly away (no chance in Red Bull), legend .. No comment. There simply is no balance between the stages.
I currently go to a professional, though in qualifying and in duels more advanced suits me. Why? Because the race starts. On Advanced I could finish every race on the front ranks through the initial overtaking in the Marussia. On professional then I land somewhere in the back of the midfield. Nevertheless, stupid, first on P1 - P3 pull up and then stop all traffic, just to achieve a realistic placement.
That makes neither fun, nor does it raises F1 Feeling.
And these repeating every year Macken also take care of the low 2 stars. Perhaps Codemasters will then finally awake. I have certainly already hardly feel like the single-player, which takes place always according to the same scheme. After all, the combination of aggressive AI and high tire wear finally provides exciting duels. And the multiplayer may finally be stable, it reigns there but absolutely dead pants.
The Classic mode is quite funny, but not thought through. First, there are only a few tracks and cars (and the DLCs to expand are currently overly expensive) and, secondly, it feels pretty weird to drive with cars from different seasons of the 80's and 90 colorful scrambled a race. Simply does not fit.
Overall, I would recommend to anyone who already owns a F1 title, the game only to buy when it is available as a budget title for ~ 10.
UPDATE 10/16/2013: withdrawal of another star on a star now. I play actually in English, because my last year's speech was a bit annoyed, but now switched times on German and am shocked. The whole setting was just copied 100% from the 2012 game.
And the most ridiculous? The few new recordings produce things like
"Now that you're Dreiter!"
or in Classic Mode "Mercedes sends Schumacher on the hard tires out!". Too bad that Schumacher sits in Ferrarri. Just last year's soundfile of Schumi copied ??
I'm pissed off about what Codemasters has delivered here. As someone rests quite comfortably on its monopoly. For K tzen *.
