But there are other advantages: The separable thrust levers are at least theoretically, a very nice touch (I'm in Microsoft Flight Simulator, however, so far failed due to the configuration), the exercise bike I find very practical, the number and arrangement of the keys like! The design can certainly be described as loving, the folding mechanism seems sophisticated, the tools specialist for the Allen key for the ergonomic adaptation is a smart idea. The ability to adjust the joystick to their own hands is anyhow a plus, and I personally, however, still had no problem with "non-matching" joysticks.
The choice of materials is the price at least reasonable, the metal veneer like. However, the Cyborg X shows when you move the stick from the central position, quite verwindungsfreundlich and leaves a soft and somewhat rickety impression, where you have to worry about not mean that it could fall apart. Disturbing factor is that occurring at each deflection wobbling on the base of the joystick, here the joystick is simply too soft and centering a lot too hard.
And that is indeed the great weakness of the Cyborg X: Slight corrections to the middle layer, as they constantly need while flying to keep courses and altitudes, advised basically pretty square, because it first needs a way too much effort to the stick to move from the central position, while the control after overcoming the middle layer is considerably smoother. This is very annoying because of the stick in this way concentration claimed that you would actually like to use for flying. Perhaps it would help to reduce the centering something, but I think this is generally an evil, because by design it makes for a pretty "digital" response.
I also agree with that of the Cyborg X is something highly advised what is but due to the practical folding structure and therefore bothers me only because he is so built me a piece of monitor space. Finally there's the lighting for the controls in the head of the joystick. About Optics and benefits one can argue certainly, but as it is installed, it appears but rather, ensuring at least in my desk arrangement with partially concealed by joystick monitor for irritation.
Why won 4 stars? Because the value for money is still great! For beginners and Gelegenheitsflugsimulanten the Cyborg X is certainly a very good choice, and a perfect, if the billets are not permanently on the desk, but is neatly disappear into a drawer after use.
