I had the problem (as some others also), that the upper display was totally shaky. Some do not care, I could never be satisfied with me. Various forums on the net are full of it. Hinges should be spared by the free processing. I was frankly too little information since the wobbling playing bugged me really massive (especially by gyro sensor)! The top screen certainly moved by 5 mm back and forth. So I at Amazon a replacement of the device causes (great service!) And lo and behold: the new device is impeccable and has no play at the hinges! Data transfer thanks be quickly the reservoir levels and Nintendo ID changed (what the rest more than simple, please do not be put off) returned and "defective" unit. Ye need not fret as I wobbly top screen and uncertain search in forums reasons or ideas to improve.
