The workmanship can be classified as very high.
The grindstone was already used for all kitchen knives, which were really sharp again.
Beginners in the matter, I can recommend several Youtube videos. There on the one hand is the right grinding technique explained and other important details (watering, etc.) explained.
For quite blunt knives you start with 400 grit, making the 1000 grain then fine-tuning. After some practice, you have a lot of fun during grinding and at the results.
I would highly recommend this grindstone fully!
