The Singphoniker can do a lot that they have with their lard-free recordings romantic Männerchöre as evidenced by their forays into the world of pop - and all to imitate, without famous models as the Comedian Harmonists or the King's Singers. Here they have made the evergreens of Simon and Garfunkel, and the result can be heard. Nevertheless, I am a little disappointed, and I believe it is up to the edits. Here are the songs of Simon and Garfunkel - the it really useful - not rediscovered by the means of Singphoniker and brought to bear, but it is anything musically draufgesetzt. (Especially extensively in "El condor pasa".) Add to that the instrumental accompaniment, the watered down the sound of the singer. Completely incomprehensible to me why you just used a pan flute, an instrument that is similar to the human voice. The boys can sing it yourself! The texts have been left in the original English. Despite all the effort you sometimes hear the German accent out ("häf" instead of "have"). Perhaps one would least be able to risk a German translation in one or the other piece.
